The family of four children, now grown, had many memories at this beachside condo prior to its flood. Our team completely gutted the inside and refreshed every aspect of its mechanical structure and of course the design. We upgraded everything from electrical to insulation, to waterproofing. It hadn’t been touched since the 1980’s. Now their ‘Happy place’ second home is just as beautiful, with new memories to make at the volleyball courts on the sand at Mission Beach.
