This Pacific Beach young professional homeowner was relocated from Chicago.  Her new excitement of all things ‘beach’ was fun to marry with her love of  bling.  Taking a ‘retro’ condo from the 60’s was a thrill , changing the floor plan to an ‘open concept’ and adding special details like carrera marble herringbone mosaics in the master, with an E-mirror and barn door as well as Quartz in the kitchen and crystal chandeliers.
