Crossware bought this home as a Fix and Flip in June of 2019.  The project was in disrepair with tons of deferred maintenance.  This original owner from the 1970s was overwhelmed with a leaking old shake shingle roof to a jungle-like overgrowth in the backyard taller than the roofline.   Its beauty became apparent after the immense demo portion was completed.  This home is an amazing example of light and bright openness with new Carrera tile baths, easy-care vinyl plank flooring throughout and all new vinyl windows.  What an amazing transition from a hoarder’s dark and closed nightmare to a delightful and fun home for a retiree.  We really enjoyed seeing the beauty come alive!
